Building Champions REACHING NEW HEIGHTS If winning traditions, sportsmanship and dedication are key ingredients to championships, then TWU Athletics teams have a recipe for success. A case in point is the university’s gymnastics team, which won back-to-back national championships in 2017 and 2018, the latter punctuated by the highest score ever at the Division II championship. In all, TWU gymnastics teams have tallied 11 national titles. TWU athletes practice discipline and integrity, and they also excel on the softball field, the basketball and volleyball courts, and on the soccer pitch. 11X USA Gymnastics National Champions
For 37 consecutive years, TWU student-athletes have achieved a combined 3.0 GPA or higher.
